Meet the New Faces of Auradon

The highly anticipated sequel to the beloved Disney franchise, Descendants, has finally arrived, and it brings with it a host of new and familiar faces. The Rise of Red, which premiered on the Disney Channel on July 31, follows the children of the original villains as they navigate the challenges of life in Auradon, the kingdom of the heroes.

One of the most notable additions to the cast is Red, the rebellious daughter of the Evil Queen. Played by China Anne McClain, Red is a fierce and independent VK (Villain Kid) who challenges the status quo at Auradon Prep. She is joined by her fellow VKs, Uma, Mal, Evie, Jay, and Carlos, who are all trying to find their place in a world that doesn't always welcome them.

The film also introduces a new generation of legacy characters, including Allie, the daughter of Alice in Wonderland; Freddie, the son of Facilier; and Chad, the son of Cinderella. These characters bring their own unique perspectives and challenges to the story, as they struggle to live up to the expectations of their parents.
